Great multivitamin

This a remarkable supplement. I've been taking it for years in varying doses depending on how I feel and monitor the color of my (ah hemm) yellow output. Fantastic quality and results

I've taken multivitamins forever, and can tell if they are working by my energy level and my resistance to common bugs.
