We offer a flat rate UPS shipping of $7.99 to anywhere in the United States. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (unless items are on backorder, see below) and should arrive within 5-8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Probiotic Formulas (May - September): Because these products are perishable, they are kept refrigerated to ensure maximum stability. To ensure freshness, Pure Essence Labs does not ship these products Thursday through Sunday.
We allow our customers to place items on back order. All items that are out of stock can be purchased on a backorder status. The items in stock will be shipped according to our shipping policy (usually within 1-3 business days). The backorder items will ship when they become available.
Items that are out of stock and that may be backordered are clearly noted on the individual product page below the product price. If the product is backordered it will state “Backordered”.
Undeliverable Packages for Online Orders
Customers are issued a refund (less the shipping & handling fees) if their packages return due to delivery complications. We can’t re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order.
At this time, we are only able to ship to customers within the United States on our website. However, if you are an international customer and would like to purchase our products please feel free to call Customer Service at (888) 254-8000, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST and they will be able to place your order.
All international orders are shipped via UPS. International shipping charges are based on destination and weight. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to Pure Essence Labs, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply)
